Diabetic Treats
At the moment we are only making Plain, Cherry and Sultana Scones. I use Splenda in the scones instead of sugar.
For the Cherry Scones I wash the cherries in hot water once I have cut them up so they do not have any syrup on them at all.
The Cheese Scones are also suitable for diabetics as they contain no sugar at all.
